My Story

In 2023, I set out to challenge myself by entering an MMA bout (pictured above). Having previously competed in boxing, I found the training for MMA to be an entirely new experience. During my four-month training camp, I trained two to three times a day while balancing a full-time job. This journey ignited a passion for fitness, nutrition, strength and conditioning, circuit training, and mobility work.

The intense training transformed my physical appearance—I became leaner, fitter, and stronger than ever at 29 years old. Beyond the physical benefits, the experience had a profound impact on my mental health, boosting my confidence and self-esteem.

After competing, I decided to turn my passion into a career, focusing on helping others achieve their goals—whether it’s weight loss, building strength, or simply feeling great about themselves. To prepare for this journey, I immersed myself in the field of personal training. I trained with highly respected professionals, including Danny Wilson at Boxing Science in Sheffield and Coach Jonny Work in Birmingham. Observing the training of elite athletes gave me valuable insights that I now apply to my clients.

I have since established a private training studio complete with an outdoor area, creating the perfect environment for all types of sessions. Free car parking is also available for clients’ convenience.

My training sessions are tailored to individual needs and can include strength training, circuit training, functional fitness, and mobility work, all designed to help you reach your full potential.

My Mission & Vision

As a personal trainer, my mission is to help and empower individuals to achieve their fitness and body goals leading to healthier, more active lives. I am dedicated to providing 1-2-1 personalized training  continuous motivation, and expert guidance to help my clients transform their bodies and minds.

I prioritise a proactive approach to injury prevention after injuring my back twice in the last year. This is why I have made my sessions 1h 15mins in order to ensure enough time for a warm up and some cool down stretching at the end of the session. Flexibility is one of the key principles of personal training.

Final Words

It doesn’t matter where you are within your fitness journey I can help you achieve your goals. I only work 1-2-1 with clients and will always go above and beyond for my clients.
